Originally from Alberta, Monique has made Fraser Valley home, from Agassiz to Langley for the better half of her life.

In her spare time, when she's not working or keeping herself education, she occupies her time by volunteering with Sparks, the youngest Girl Guides. She has a passion and love for working with the general public, and aims to provide her clients with the confidence that she will meet and exceed their needs.

EDUCATION

Monique attained her Real Estate Trading Service licensing through the University of British Columbia, Shehas studied Business & Marketing at the University of the Fraser Valley and prides herself in keeping up to date with the latest real estate courses provided by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

Brad lives in the Willoughby area of Langley, B.C with his wife, Kristina, and 3 daughters. Over the past 15 years he has lived in every municipality in the Fraser Valley (including Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, and Surrey). He has called various parts of Langley home, from his current locale of Willougby to historic Fort Langley to the rolling landscapes of Murrayville.

EDUCATION

In addition to his Real Estate Trading Service licensing through the University of British Columbia, Brad holds a Bachelor of the Arts from the University of Alberta with a double major in Philosophy and Religious Studies. He also studied Business Administration at the University of the Fraser Valley and Biblical Studies at Columbia Bible College.
